LUBNA ABU-OSBA |  Lubna began her career at the infamous Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners, in the early 90’s where she honed her keen eye and strategic dexterity on world-class brands. She spent the next two decades at NYC’s leading agencies. Lubna has created campaigns for everything from pantyhose to industrial pumps but what she loves most is helping brands that make people feel good, look good and be good.

Her award-winning branding campaigns have been featured in The New York Times, Graphis, Creativity, Archive, Ad Age, Adweek, Print and ADC Global.
She is a Board Member of the The Art Director's Club of Philadelphia where she started the ADCP Influencers Series, bringing thought leaders to share insight and inspiration with Philly's creative community.

Obsessed with indigenous handcrafts she designs a lifestyle brand inspired by her Middle-Eastern heritage.
 

CHARLES SMOLOVER | As a writer and creative director, Charlie has spent decades telling compelling stories that have engaged audiences, built brands and increased sales for a wide range of clients, including Siemens Healthcare, AT&T, Citibank, GE, Cannondale Bicycles, Zurich Financial, Comcast, and major U.S. 
hospital systems. He was also a co-founder of
“Laugh or Die,” Philadelphia’s pioneering improv troupe.

Having worked as both an independent consultant and
as an agency insider, he understands that creative executions must serve business goals and works closely with clients to define their strategic objectives. In the process, he has developed highly effective, award-winning work that has appeared in major media platforms around the world. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in history, he spends much of his spare time trying to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.
